Suncorp Metway charge (to buy currency for existing customers is $5 but to
sell it is free).  Commonwealth charge $5 to buy, customer or not (well
that's what the one in Bris city charged me).

Anyway, when you have cash in the appropriate currency, International Express
Post it, this costs roughly the same as an IMO and gets there in 2-4 days.
