Anyone else massively disappointed with the Target Toy sale (in terms of
Lego)?
|
Interestingly, watching Rove live last night, they had a couple of kids
running around trying to grab as many of the winning toys as possible to
promote the sale. No LEGO in the list, but there was a MB dragon :(
But the interesting thing was the start line was in front of the LEGO aisle,
and in the background there was a HUGE pile of what looked like 4679 bonus
tubs (they had the bonus box on top). Has anyone ever seen those at Target?
|
Could they have been 5370s - a smaller, simpler tub, with a smaller, simpler
bonus box on top? The Target I visited on Monday had stockpiled a great deal of
them. (Shown bottom right of the lego section in
this pic, but with the box
detached)
Cheers

| (...) Ahhh, could well have been. Does anyone know if the bonus boxes are as good as the 4679? ROSCO (19 years ago, 20-Jul-05, to lugnet.loc.au, FTX)
