  My average set

Long time readers of .loc.au (and perhaps a few others) may recall my love of statistics, and my dislike of the use of averages as a reasonable measure of a population. I have therefore calculated the average set in my collection (though, of course, (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.loc.au, FTX)

HO HO HO HOT Pooh SALE

25% OFF Pooh, Sesame Street, Fisher-Price, Doodle Pro and LEGO. So after recent 20% selective LEGO and 20% off all LEGO, they mustn't have sold enough, so it's 25% off now. Where ? ......o...Kxxxx...can you guess...? Now 'til Xmas eve. pete.w (is (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.loc.au)

(...) For Mr.Wilson I think it means 75% cheaper than all other possible options. (snippage) (...) Not too sure if the SAH/BL/eb success can take sole credit. Most people were probably sourcing items from within their own LUG anyway. Next January it (...) (21 years ago, 20-Dec-04, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Brisbane Lego Train Group

Thanks Peter Just want to publicly say thanks to Peter Parsons for putting on a great day for the Brisbane Lego Train Group (BLTG). The BBQ was great, food was great, company was great, presents were great, conversation was great, what else can I (...) (21 years ago, 19-Dec-04, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: false advertising on shop.lego.com?

(...) that (...) you (...) show (...) Well, having bought one when they were first released at S@H, I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed with the set. If you want to read my review written at the time, see (URL) (21 years ago, 18-Dec-04, to lugnet.loc.au)

Re: source for 1 x 12 technic beams in red?

(...) be (...) Just for the record, define "preferable" -- what does it mean? I'm genuinely curious because, for quantities of a specific part, there are effectively only two options. First, you pray that S@H happens to have them in a bulk pack (...) (21 years ago, 18-Dec-04, to lugnet.loc.au)
