  New MOC, c.1930's roadster V.2

Hi, slowly updating and uploading my garage... This is possibly the final version of this vehicle (i am 85% happy with it) though i need some more tan pieces to really finish it. It is deliberately overlong, which is how the supercars of the time (...) (22 years ago, 1-May-03, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.town, lugnet.modelteam)

(...) Robert, I like your use of hoses for exhaust pipes, you almost have a Mercedes SSK look going there. It looks a little boxy though, if you could curve the hood (bonnet) and trunk (boot) somehow, I think it would look immensly better. Thanks (...) (...) Nice work! I like the spare wheel covers. (Although I was worried for a moment - after reading the header - that you'd ditched the V12 in favour of a V2). Perhaps rather than adding more tan (to replace the grey) you could try using black (or (...) (22 years ago, 1-May-03, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.town)

  New Moc, the Leyland Mini

Hi Another minifig scale automobile... The classic car, the Mini, featured here in red and blue... (URL) when it is moderated, here (URL) you like it, i am rather happy with it... Robert (22 years ago, 4-May-03, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.town, lugnet.modelteam)

Re: New MOC, c.1930's roadster V.2

(...) Thanks George, The Merc SSK was something i had in mind as i built it... I have some ideas for a rounded hood at least, and some tinkling thoughts for rounding the boot (perhaps at the expense of the rumble seat), but not the parts (though (...)   Re: New Moc, the Leyland Mini

Hi Another upload at last... Not sure when this car was originally released, or manufactured in the model i have based it on, or any other details like that... i just like the look of this car. I like the 6-wide models with seating for two abreast, (...) (22 years ago, 12-May-03, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.town, lugnet.modelteam)

Realy nice car, I like both the real Cobra and the LEGO one. Since the model is 6 wide; where do you get the tires? But you should have made it in another color, it is hard to see the details on the LEGO-model when it is made with only black parts. (...) Outstanding. I especially like the opening bonnet. I can never seem to find space for such niceties in my cars, no matter how big they are. I like black too. Allister (...) (22 years ago, 13-May-03, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.town, lugnet.modelteam)

(...) Cant remember exactly which one, but i have bought around three of the Drome racers for the wheels and tires. (...) Its so true! I would like to build a blue one some time in the future. I am about to upload a similar vehicle which i built in (...) (22 years ago, 15-May-03, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.town, lugnet.modelteam)

New MOC, c.1973 MG, minifig scale...

Hi This is another of my six wide minifig scale cars, based on a real vehicle. Not being black the details on this one stand out some more. I really like the way the four wide windscreen works with these, giving them a look of shape about them. (...) (22 years ago, 16-May-03, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.town, lugnet.modelteam)
