They're made by Bensussen Deutch & Associates (they list BDAgamer.com as a website, but I can't find anything there). As for the green "case", it's (...) All, The other day I managed to pick up a whole set of Lego spare parts from the local educational distributer - bags and bags of cogs, rubber bands, axles, pneumatic pumps, tanks and switches.
