I have heard there will be 300+ parts & color combinations
form one person, and 400+ from another. But from what I understand it will
not just be basic stuff - there will be some hard to get colors and items
like that there. Details are still kinda blurry - but they are doing away
with the 6 tiny bulk bins full of common parts and the building part of the
clubhouse. I was also told it would be open "around the start of summer".

I am will give more details as soon as I know them.

Sounds like they are moving in the direction of the Lego Shop at Milton
Keynes (and in the direction that LL Windsor is rumored to be moving as
well), which is great news!
