Yes, there are master Builders at LL CA, we had one visit us during Bricks West.

Yup, I have seen little kids running around miniland with cars they have
taken form the cities. I thought they were attached to the ground, I was
surprsed to find out they were not.

And LL CA has one of these, filled with parts in bins taller than me.

So what do we have to do to get one of these set up? Maybe it could be an
added bonus for the next Bricks West? I really think it would be a hit, look
at all the attention the one comming up at LL Windsor is getting - at one
point the main post as well as a reply was highlighted on the main page. I
know I would easily drop $100 or so on this in a heartbeat.
