Umm, Legoland CA - are you there? (Re: Announcing the next LEGO Modelmaking Experience at LEGOLAND W

WHY OH WHY can something like this not happen at Legoland, California? Are we not special? Do you think there is not a market for this? Do you think we do not want it? The thing that gets me is this is not their first one. I *wish* I could be there. (...) (22 years ago, 30-May-02, to lugnet.legoland.california, lugnet.dear-lego)

New show at Legoland, CA - Racers 4D

Hey all, Legoland, CA has a new sho called 'Racers 4D'. It is in the theatre by the Auquazone ride and is about 20 minutes long. This is a new step for Legoland, they have seemed to keep their show simple and low-tech, but this is quite the change. (...) (22 years ago, 28-May-02, to lugnet.legoland.california)

Explore now at Legoland,CA (Re: A little more info on Explore)

(...) I was at Legoland, CA today and they seemed to have prettymuch the entire line of Explore (from what I have seen) as well as a few items I had not seen.   Re: Bulk parts selection?

Thanks to the LLC bins and a friend with small child, I now have a half pound of tan 2x2 and orange 1x4. This was my entire collection for a few weeks. (The rest is far away.) Then I got some special pieces like one blue 1x2 and two red 1x6s. All (...) (22 years ago, 11-May-02, to lugnet.legoland.california)

  Re: Bulk parts selection?

Just so you know when looking there... many of those parts are overstock & overproduction (pieces made for set that were discontinued) and sometimes parts that were never released in sets (4L antennas in dark gray, for example). The pieces in the (...) (22 years ago, 11-May-02, to lugnet.legoland.california)

  Re: Bulk parts selection?

(...) I was there 10 days ago, and the selection is still quite limited. There are tan 2x2 bricks, orange 2x8 bricks, an "assorted" selection with odd town parts in it (garbage cans, minifig heads in a variety of colors and styles, tools, etc.), and (...)   Bulk parts selection?

I have just read the article by Derek Schin, posted last May, about bulk parts being available at LLC. What parts are currently available? Is the price still about US$7 per qtr.? Huw (22 years ago, 1-May-02, to lugnet.legoland.california)

Halloween and Christmas pics now up (ya, a little late)

I have been meaning to get these pics up for some time now, but never really had the place to put them. But with my new site ( (URL) ) now up and running, kinda I have a place to put them. These pictures were taken during Brick-or-Treat and the (...) (22 years ago, 1-May-02, to lugnet.legoland.california)
