A wonderful day was had by all in Lego Heaven (wink, wink) A group of UK AFOLs went on a behind the scenes tour of Legoland Windsor on Sun 7th April 2002. This was organised through Red Letter Days. I was at Carlsbad last year and went to Billund when I was a kid many years ago, but I have never quite managed to get to the Legoland in the country where I was born! As an aside, (...) Okay, first visit of the year to LLW on Sunday. Dived in about 3PM and got caught by the rain at the end of the day! There are no new major rides, but a few surprises around the park. Hi, I've just been pulled out of the study to see the appearance of some Lego on this evening's episode of Blue Peter. They had scale models of the crown jewels, Buckingham Palace (in reduced scale...) and large mosaic portraits of the Queen, the (...) Er, actually, the family and I already have lifetime passes for Legoland Windsor and can vouch that they are honoured at the other parks. We holidayed in California last year and they were accepted at LLC with absolutely no problem, as was an annual (...) (23 years ago, 27-Feb-02, to lugnet.legoland.deutschland, lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.general)
