It was a great weekend at the park. OK, so there wasn't the vast number of MOCs you would see at a fest but there were enough there that it certainly impressed the viewing public. (...) Jeff, LA and San Diego County run separate transport systems. They meet at Oceanside Transit Center just inside SD county. I don't know the LA system, I think it's called MetroLink. (...) I can help you out with public transportation info (use it all the time.) Your best bet from Anaheim would be to catch an Amtrak train ((URL) look under Pacific Surfliner) to Oceanside. I'd rent a car and drive (or maybe catch a ride with another AFOL?). I think the Coaster's Northernmost stop is Oceanside, though the San Diegans can correct me on that one.. I think you could take the Surfliner to Oceanside and then the Coaster (...) (19 years ago, 29-Apr-05, to lugnet.legoland.california)

I'll be in Anaheim (specifically at the Convention Center) over the 4th of July weekend, and was hoping to go to LLCA on June 30th.
