I may be able to assist here...The LEGO company seems to work on the theory
that if you don't live in the USA/Canada, then you don't really matter...try
changing shipping country to one of these two in their site and see what
pops up.

| (...) Unless its a sop to their dealers, I think its crazy that they don't offer free shipping as standard for larger purchases. I can buy Lego from www.argos.co.uk and get free shipping if I spend over UKP100 [$154.70][1]. I can get a next day (...) (22 years ago, 24-Oct-02, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.lego.direct)
