(...) Or a "Portugal 3 - England 2"? ;-) You are totally right about enthousiasm, but for the LEGO company that isn't an issue - otherwise we'd have a brazilian team and an argentinian team as well.   LEGO direct query of the week

It seems that LD have no interest in catering for the world market, and still insist that the USA is the only country they care about, as shown by their description of 3425: "Play for the championship!   VOTE: Gray sloped bricks

Hi Brad, any kind of gray sloped bricks are appreciated Please make us gray sloped bricks 2x3x1 (33°, Part no. 3298) and gray sloped bricks 2x2x1 (45°) as shop@home bulk packs. I would buy several hundred of them for my train projects. Regards, Dirk (...) (23 years ago, 30-Dec-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Classic Helmets Revealed!

Hey Y'all: I have set up a teeny webpage to illustrate the difference between the two older types of classic helmets: the one with the thinner chinstrap, and the one with the extra thick chinstrap. Well, Brickbay.com does have several hundred of each, so perhaps that's also a workable option for you. ~540 rack gears (1x4): (URL) worm gears: (URL) run between $.20 and $.50 ea, and several sellers can sell you as many as 50-80 at a time.   MOC Blacksmith Shop

Hello Lego Direct, FYI on Shop.lego.com under USA, the 3739 MOC Blacksmith Shop is listed under Wild West, but not under Castle. It is also listed under Hard to Find, which seems fine, but shouldn't it be listed under the Castle theme? -Andy Lynch (23 years ago, 27-Dec-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

I assume that this was S@H in the US, but I will try S@H in the UK, although they're normally a little behind the US in these matters. (Obviously, I live in the UK.)
