I ordered two sets. They were also bent. I'll be pretty surprised if any "de-bending" solutions have long-lasting effects. (I welcome the oppurtunity to be surprised.) (...) I think it's a combination of packaging and the softer plastic being used. The softer plastic bends quite easily; I'm fairly certain that these went into the bags straight.
