(...) No one said that they cluttered up threads. They do have the ability to clutter up newsgroups, however: (URL) posts to lugnet.general and lugnet.dear-lego. Can someone please explain why only people from the US can enter contest run by TLC/LD? I would imagine that if TLC/:LD could allow anyone to enter they would so why cant they? Does it have something to do with the laws that govern how these sorts (...) (24 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Here is basicly how it would work. Lego would: 1.set constraints on the design (size, number of pieces, theme etc) and 2.would provide a list of "approved" pieces that can be used in the design (which would be a "cut down" version of the master list (...) (...) What may have confused people is if they were looking to some existing problem that this is supposed to be solving. It's actually not about solving a problem.
