Re: Community to design new LEGO T-shirts

(...) Who would like to see a *Train* t-shirt? One suitable for wearing as a uniform for those doing Train shows and displays such as GATS. Would some thing like this be a possibility if enough are interested? Seems like it would provide income for (...) (24 years ago, 22-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Community to design new LEGO T-shirts

I like the idea! I've wanted shirts with the LEGO logo (as well as the logos for various themes) for quite a few years, so this is a great opportuninity. Joel (...) (24 years ago, 22-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Community to design new LEGO T-shirts

(...) How about making the T-shirt be *just* the torso (front and back), so that we can pretend we *are* the minifigs, not just picturing them. (Is that too subtle?) /Eric McC/ (24 years ago, 22-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Community to design new LEGO T-shirts

(...) Wow, complicated. So basically, all the LEGO Company would be doing is approving the designs and allowing CafePress and LUGNET to make some money off the products? Depending on the prices, I could definitely be interested. I'd like to see some (...) (24 years ago, 22-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Community to design new LEGO T-shirts

Sounds like a great idea to me! I can think of several ideas I would be interested in (and several I wouldn't but I am sure others would). I vote for a Timmy Tee . Just a great big Timmy with Ball Cap and Green "T" Torso. Eric Kingsley (...) (24 years ago, 22-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Community to design new LEGO T-shirts

Brad Justus of LEGO Direct approached us last week with a bold new idea: He would like to allow the community to design its own collection of LEGO branded items, to be sold online by The LEGO Company through a third party such as CafePress.com, with (...)   Re: Are 9V trains alive?

Although I have speculated about the demise of the 9 volt train line in past posts, I have it upon pretty good authority that this rumor isn't only false, but that TLC will be expanding the 9 volt line. No real details, sorry. And I am not an (...) (24 years ago, 21-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.trains)

  Are 9V trains alive?

Could someone at Lego please tell us if the rumors are true that the 9V train line is going to be discontinued? Rose (24 years ago, 20-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Mosaic: ongoing problems resolved

(...) The extra parts arrived this morning - a full pack of #3. Kudos to Lego for sorting this out quickly - both the correction packet and the 'correction-correction' packet were sent UPS next day air. Andrew (24 years ago, 17-Nov-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: LEGO Direct in Europe

Hello everybody, here is the answer I got for my recent letter to LEGO Shop@Home about the user (un)friendliness of their web site: --8<--8<--8<--8<--8<...--8<--8<-- Dear Mr Lehner, Many thanks for contacting LEGO® Shop at Home.Your useful and (...)   Re: So did you wonder about me?

(...) But still, the 1x1 plates can be twisted, making them come off pretty easily. Now, a 2x4 plate, say, on the middle of a large plate, that is difficult to take off. But the worst has to be the 1x1 joystick base. That one is really hard to get (...) (24 years ago, 16-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Hello Eric, hello everybody, (...) I think there is one on the German site, but it was only by translating its label back to English that I have been able to figure what it is intended for. So, without having checked, I would think that it also does (...) (24 years ago, 16-Nov-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: Mosaic: ongoing problems

It wasn't clear whether I will get the extra bag of #3 that I had calculated my pixel counts for, or whether I will get just enough 1x1 plates of #3 to (...)
