Right, thanks Todd.
Well, the day crew (evidently the Lego company itself) has redeemed itself in
my opinion: the second order I made (with the Priority mail) shipped out the
day I made the order, and a hold was put on the first (*almost* identical)
order. I didn't get the 5.39 or 6.29 prices, I guess because that was some kind
of mistake (I didn't really get the story on that).
But what really made the difference was two things: first, that even though I
forgot to ask for the WB600 discount code, the representative was willing to
apply it retroactively anyway, and credit my account. Second, on my second
order three items were missing that I forgot to write down from my first, and
she called me back to ask whether I wanted these additional items as well, for
a third order. :)
