  Re: S@H & www.lego.com down?

(...) Thanks for confirming that it's not just me! :) I think it likely that 'something happened' given that it was already down for several hours before this splash screen went up, together with the site misbehaving yesterday, and the timing of (...)   Re: S@H & www.lego.com down?

(...) Yes, the site is currently down for maintenance it seems. They usually do this late at night, so doing it Friday afternoon seems odd unless something happened... (20 years ago, 10-Mar-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: S@H & www.lego.com down?

(...) lol ... sorry to reply to my own post, but I should have known that no sooner than I click on 'post' first time around that a page would go up confirming the site's down for maintenance, after several hours of 'error - page not found' ...   S@H & www.lego.com down?

[These see to be the appropriate places to post?] Is the whole of lego.com frazzled right now? Or is it just me? I've noticed it down for maintenance before but not usually for this long. I noticed yesterday evening that my S@H wishlist had vanished (...) (20 years ago, 10-Mar-06, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Super Chief set not ready for prime-time

(...) That's it in a nutshell. I bought some SF carriages and Super Chief and after running them for only a short amount of time it slowed right down. The Motor was cutting out due to the load, from the weight of these heavier carriages. Not the (...) (20 years ago, 10-Mar-06, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Introducing Your Cycle 3 LEGO Ambassadors

(...) Only for quite mind-boogling definitions of the term "globe". Ambassador-wise, half the globe is the US. Which might represent certain egos, but certainly not reality... Yours, Christian (20 years ago, 8-Mar-06, to lugnet.lego)

Re: Introducing Your Cycle 3 LEGO Ambassadors

(...) I'm not sure how you got that opinion. What I said was: "My guess would be that as the Ambassador program grows, there will be a greater diversity in language support, and thus a greater variety representation." And indeed that has shown to be (...) (20 years ago, 2-Mar-06, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.off-topic.debate, FTX)

(...) Yeah, I wouldn't mind this either, so I could build my 04 or 06. But I'm not holding my breath, still too niche of a car to garner enough sales for Lego ;-) If it had anywhere near the gizmos of the real 2G Prius, though, it would be an (...) (20 years ago, 27-Feb-06, to lugnet.lego.direct)
