One thing I think is a possible downside to your version...the boxed game (at least, my version of it) has raised squares on the (...) (22 years ago, 4-May-03, to lugnet.inst, lugnet.gaming)

Having this 'local settings' problem with more tools (including my primitive generation Excel sheet) I changed the local settings on my pc to '.' as decimal seperator and ',' as thousand seperator.
