I think they do.
Couldn't find any in Lugnet/Database/Set Inventories/[1].
You might want to check James Jessiman's parts pages[2]. He
listed which parts were available in which colours year for
year.

Before you answer this question, I should let you know I prefer the answer to be yes and that they are in a 1500 piece set that is currently on clearance at TRU for $5.00 (or less). However (...)
