Re: LEGO Stereogram (see it in 3D!) —Jeremy Sproat
(...) Seriously, does anyone know if astigmatism can affect the results of these images? It's like those pictures that were all the rage at the malls a few years back. I'm of the opinion that stuffing LSD into the frame might be a key factor of (...) (25 years ago, 27-Sep-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish)

Yup! As can virtually any other vision anomaly. I can't do the Magic Eye posters, since whatever it is that I need to do with my eyes to see them makes my (soft) contacts pop out. I prefer to think of it as viewing the world in a more artistic (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish)

It takes a little (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish)

Re: LEGO Stereogram (see it in 3D!) —Stephen Jacquot
(...) If you can see Chris's and not Todd's, it's probably because Todd's are more widely separated than Chris's (on my monitor, about 3 1/2" vs. 1 7/8"). Human eyes are typically separated about 2 1/2", and this is an effective upper bound on (...) (25 years ago, 28-Sep-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish)

Sproaticus skrev i meddelandet <37EFD5A5.CBA8518@io.com>... (...) I can't see them either - my eyes don't cooperate, so my brain chooses the signals from one eye only (left or right, I can select by will - but not fast enough to see 3D). I hate 3D (...)
