| Jeez, Stephen! Granted my post wasn't positive, but I think you now look the bigger whiner here. In my post I addressed completely legitimate complaints with a product I've loved for decades (and which I feel completely justified in offering an (...) (20 years ago, 12-Jul-04, to lugnet.general)

| (...) While a message template is useful, I think what we really need to do is fully exploit the magic of IT and instead have a WWW form on lugnet with little drop-down lists and checkboxes etc, which is then automatically posted to a set of (...) (20 years ago, 13-Jul-04, to lugnet.general)
