On top of that, the music was encapsulated permanently inside the movie, which
is the nature of Flash, so the music could never be distributed without the
movie as well. Distribution is distribution I suppose.
Its a shame that companies feel the need to pick on non-profit individuals.
In any case, my movie is offline.

Were you making and $$$ from the FLASH file?
Or was the movie a free download anyone could take?
Did you provide a list of credits at the end saying that the music was the
property of xyz?

| (...) I never did nor ever planned to make money off any of my movies. They were there to simply add another dimention to my website and online story. Like I had said, I thought I had changed it enough to where the music wasn't theres anymore, thus (...) (21 years ago, 31-Jan-04, to lugnet.general, FTX)

| I recently recieved an email from The Creative Assembly, makers of the game Shogun:Total War. This is the same game from which I used the music for my fourth movie, the 'Garadaine Movie' for my website. They claim that I infringed on their (...) (21 years ago, 29-Jan-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)
