On the contrary, 9365 wasn't bad at all, ESPECIALLY since there were 2 types of
bags that were doubled up (which shows me there is a DEFINITE logic to the weird
piece placement for baggies - odds are those baggies were used in some other set
too), so we did all 20 bags at once.

All we did was sort by bag type, then lay out the 10 tubs, and put 10 cups in each
tub, then opened all 10 (or 20) bags, and dropped pieces in cups.  It wasn't that
bad, considering we did it in 3 sessions and watched TV while we were at it.

Yeah, my wife helped me over an entire weekend, sorting 10 Dacta sets.  And
when I told her I had ordered 18 more 5571s today, and they had 1700+
pieces in each, and that I would be breaking up 6-10 for auction, her reply
was "oh boy, more sorting".  And she's a NLSO ;-)

But I'm willing to bet the baggies in the 5571's are better organized than the
ones in the 9365's.  They'd have to be.  Nothing could be worse than the 9365.
