That is great news, because it means that maybe *people* are still alive
down there.

   The son-in-law of one of our Department's office workers was in
   fact in the complex *when the towers came down*.  He got out--
   he was in sub-basement 5 doing construction work.  Apparently
   there are a lot of people trapped in lower levels and local buildings,
   not buried but still unable to get out because of smoke and fire.
   This guy was 6'5", 300+ lbs., and managed somehow to wade out.
   That gives me hope that there are more people alive in the rubble.
