    Were Parts Packs available in US stores? —Gary R. Istok
   I remember as a child when I went to my neighborhood toy store in the 1960's they had the Samsonite Supplemental Parts Packs.      I remember finding roof parts packs in a store here in Vancouver in the early 90's, when my daughter was into building large houses and we always needed (still need!) more roof bricks. That store no longer has them, of course: don't know when they (...) (25 years ago, 12-Mar-99, to lugnet.general)

      (...) Kevin, make sure you ask if they have any old LEGO or spare parts (in German it's "ersatz teile"). Asking if they have old LEGO has netted me some pretty neat stuff (2 wooden box sets, 2 Thatcher Perkins Locomotives, 40 old supplemental parts (...) (25 years ago, 12-Mar-99, to lugnet.general)

     Hi all, This is my first post to LUGNET but I ahve been lurking on and off around here for a few months now.    I remember finding tree, flower and sign parts packs in an independent toystore in Kansas City. It had to be in the early 80's. The store was in a mall that was in Crown Plaza.
