(...) I am so anxious to get mine. Here in the US it shows that it will not ship until the end of May. It does look as though the model has some great details. I'm curious why this was presented as a sculpture instead of one of the Model Team (...) (24 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.general)

The reason this set was a "sculpture" instead of a "model team" set is because sculptures are under the "Lego Direct" umbrella, and therefore have some immunity from that dastardly fellow in Billund that controls the colors that can be used for any (...) (24 years ago, 16-May-01, to lugnet.general)

No this is no joke. If it were, it would be no laughing matter. I don't want to get everyone into an uproar here, but let me put it this way..... if it were up to Lego Direct, they would sell us any part in any color, more than likely. But yes, (...) (24 years ago, 17-May-01, to lugnet.general)
