(...) The wholesale price of the 4 chrome castle sets is about $1.20 USD. KB sells them for 4.99. That is about a 75 percent markup after TLC takes its profit on the set. When buying Lego brand products most of the cost is simply for the brand name. (...) (24 years ago, 11-May-01, to lugnet.general)
