Well for me it goes something like this...
~5-15 7,500 - 10,000 pieces
16-28 Dark Ages
29-31 125,000 - 150,000 pieces
Most of the 29-31 was collected in late 1999 to mid 2000. The only real big
addition in terms of parts since mid 2000 was 40 of the 4288 buckets I got on
the cheap from E-Toys at $2 each.
I expect that my collection will grow slowly for the next couple years until my
son is old enough to play with LEGO then watch out :-).
