Dumb luck. Huw implemented a random minifig on the splash page of Brickset(tm)
but try this... go here:
http://nt1.pncl.co.uk/huw/view.asp?Set=4558-1
then select "railway employee 1, with black legs" and you'll get a list of
all sets so far indexed that have the little guy. Works for train because
someone did it, doesn't work for LoM...

That was my point, there isn't yet a general one. The LUGNet(tm) manifesto
refers to this capability as desirable but it isn't yet here.

Brickshelf, but since there is not yet indexing by keywords for images, you
need to know who posted what. Best advice is to ask about a specific one and
see.
