In the recent past, I've used basically what Eric used, ABS/PVC MEK, which is not much of a solvent (plastic melter, plastic combiner), but more of a (...) | | | | | | (...) I believe that both Legoland Carlsbad and Eric Harshbarger use Oatey General Purpose plastic cement. The fumes are bad, but it will definitely do the trick.
