| (...) FASA is a company that publishes and owns the rights and trademarks for the Battletech and Mechwarrior games, and among them, "BattleMech" and "Mech" are trademarks owned and defended by their legal department. They have succesfully sued (...) (24 years ago, 6-Aug-00, to lugnet.general)

| (...) Ah. The trademark is actually 'MECH, with a leading apostrophe, which is why I didn't find it in my previous search. (I didn't find anything for BattleMech, though. It's probably not a registered trademark, but non-registered trademarks still (...) (24 years ago, 7-Aug-00, to lugnet.general)
