Intl MOs are available in the US from the USPS. NOTE, however, that for many countries, the entire process to get your IPMO can take WEEKS. First you pay the local PO - they send it off to St Louis or someplace, which creates the IPMO, and mails it (...) (25 years ago, 8-May-00, to lugnet.market.auction)

Thanks, Tom, for reminding me why this was such a problem. What you didn't add was that you can't lock in the exchange rate when you pay the local Post Office. Instead, they cut the money order in St Louis at the exchange rate prevailing whenever (...) (25 years ago, 8-May-00, to lugnet.market.auction)
