I don't believe that piece has a back face on it. In other words, it is more
like a windshield. Therefore, if it was turned around like a minifig dress,
that part would be faceless, or open.
A cool thing to use that piece for is a cockpit window for a small mecha. You
can stick a minifig head between four studs, then place the cockpit window over
the head... then build the mecha around the pilot's head. Check out the

There definitely are clear minifig dresses (I thought I had at least one windshield piece, but I (...) (25 years ago, 19-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)
