If you wrote on the card that you got it for Mindstrorms parts they probably
won't be surprised that you are an adult. I have never found a survey
card--but I've never been able to bring myself to open a cyber slam set
either, although there are three of them down in the basement that I picked
up in the Target frenzy that I haven't decided what to do with.
Anyway, good for you! I probably would have lied and said it was for my
sons. (My cat has had a subscription to the Mania magazine for several years
because I couldn't bring myself to say it was for me.) I'm still in the
closet and somewhat envious of those who can come out and ask for LEGO for
the holidays or birthdays. As it is I wouldn't dream of it. It's bad enough
that my first grader went and told his whole class that while he has a big
LEGO collection, his mom's is even larger, and she won't let him play with
it. The mom volunteering in the classroom that day asked me if it was true--
it was a bit embarrassing.

| I once found a survey in 7121... i also received one in german, but i can't recall what set it was from. I'm not a mania receiver (though i've sent about 8 of those requesty forms) so i don't suspect i'll receive my free gift for sending in my (...) (25 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)
