Target - surprise finds! —Eric Brouwer

(1) Motor pack $9.44 Picked a bunch more of the smallish Ninja (...) (25 years ago, 11-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) IMPRESSIVE. I wish we had Targets in Maine. :( (...) I don't know if you meant to do that, but "bottom shelf"- "lowly practice" :) Ryan (25 years ago, 11-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) My Target here in Philadelphia, PA doesn't have much in the way of clearance items. A few small Ninja sets, and a couple of the less desirable Technic sets. They defintely dno't have anything like Rock Raiders HQ for $20 (which I would love). (...) (25 years ago, 11-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) Well, of course . . . I am the first one to agree that everyone has completely different tastes (would you believe that there are actually some people that can't understand my love for lego?) :) Of course, I meant less desirable to me. I was (...) (25 years ago, 12-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Undesirable as a complete model maybe... But when you can get them cheap just for more parts, that's another story. I bought an extra 8480 (VERY great model as well as parts selection) just for the parts. It was the 1st time in months that I just (...) (25 years ago, 11-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

(...) Lego to build the complete model. I have little imagination, and even seem to have problems building things based on a picture or other item. I tried to build a piano once (because I love them almost as much as Lego) and it turned out awful. I (...) (25 years ago, 12-Jan-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Target - surprise finds! —Tom Stangl
I'd LIKE to the the 8251s for $2 (at which point I'd want, oh 20), but I'd pay up to $4 (at which point I'd only want 5 or so). The 8247s - $1.50-2 (I'd want 10 or so).      If you are still interested in the touch sensor, I can also get some of the 8247's for you (if they are $1.44 at Target, I would charge you $2.00 each for them). Plus priority shipping I guess. I know I saw a pile of them at Target in Vallejo today, (...) (25 years ago, 13-Jan-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
