Did just that, and it worked pretty well. She was thinking back at the old
times when she and her brother were putting sets together together (Yes! I
managed to mess it all up again). Then she said: "I wish I could build that
old yellow car again, but I'm afraid the instructions are gonne[1] forever."
I thought: "Yes! Thank you Lugnet and thank you Brickshelf!!!" and then I
said: "You know, I can bring that to you ... now." (With a smug smile) I
felt like Superman.
We went to the puter and hooked up and lo! What a trip. She looked it
through, all of it. (I guess we brought up a few of those bytes, Kevin)
Now she's forgiven me for buying 13k bricks without asking. =)
At least we'll be able to make our son (4 months old sofar) a brand new
KABOB (thank you Brad!) in a couple of years.

| (...) Sorry about your wife! Just the other day I got a Deep Freeze Defender from a auction on ebay (good price too, brand new!) and we put it together that night after putting the baby & toddler to bed. She has not built with Lego since she was 10! (...) (25 years ago, 9-Dec-99, to lugnet.general)
