Homer Simpson, Master Builder —Eric Joslin
Tonight's Simpsons episode opened with the family shopping in a Swedish furniture store. When they ate in the cafeteria, Marge noted "How clever! The silverware is made out of Legos!" and snapped off the part with the tines. Pan over to Homer, who (...) (25 years ago, 22-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Homer Simpson, Master Builder —Eric Joslin
(...) Actually, that's all just at the very beginning, and has little to do with the main plot about the Nahasapemapetalan's octuplets, or the surprise twist where Abraham "Grandpa" Simpson is the real father. eric (25 years ago, 22-Nov-99, to lugnet.general)

(...) You are an evil, sick sick man, Eric. *grin* I especially loved the part where Maggie set fire to the hospital, and Bleeding Gums Murphy rose from the dead. -Cheese, who _is_ a bigger Simpsons fan than you. (25 years ago, 23-Nov-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: Homer Simpson, Master Builder —Erin Windross
Have you noticed that the quality of the Simpsons has really, reeaally gone down? I mean Apu having eight children then putting them in a zoo? Homer running away to join some crazy people at sea, then gets crushed by a car? I mean come on....the (...) (25 years ago, 23-Nov-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

Re: Homer Simpson, Master Builder —David Eaton
(...) I'd have to disagree big time! I'd say the quality has gone up if anything-- it's just practicality and believablility that have gone out the window.. but that's what MAKES it a quality show in my own opinion... <Simpsons Theory> The show (...)
