I have created a web page to display my original Lego spacecraft. I've just started to collect Lego again, and the page is very new, so don't expect to much right now. I will be updating it frequently with new models that I have created and more (...) (26 years ago, 24-Nov-98, to lugnet.general)

I got mail today (from "LEGO MINDSTORMS News" [notify@legomindstorms.com]) announcing that the online store is open to US residents. Cool. Store prices appear to be same as S@H. It also announced that the SDK was available and promised a remote (...) (26 years ago, 24-Nov-98, to lugnet.general, lugnet.robotics)

(...) I'm almost wishing I hadn't bought Creator. It runs OK on my p2-400, dog slow on another p166mmx at work. Hard to use, not very intuitive, mostly boring. A few musings: I've been seeing TLG stuff in non traditional places. For instance, King Soopers has a bunch of the mini-sets (the hang glider, etc) for 2.99 each. That's not a very good price, IMHO. Is the broadening of channels good for TLG, even (...) (26 years ago, 23-Nov-98, to lugnet.general)
