The Kohl's in Salem, NH has the same deal. 4047, 4048, and 4101 on clearance. I suspect the lightish blue is the result of TLG mixing more "flexibility" into the droid arms. I've noticed this often with the 1x2 brick with half a friction peg piece, especially in blue. The Little Armory Toys, Inc. is doin' some wicked-great work: (URL) there's some nifty new black armor...which is great an' all... (URL) just got one of the Spiderman 2 sets (the one with the red bank) - and the blue droid arms in it are a new sort of blue. It is just a shy bit lighter.
