  Re: Too much Lego?

(...) The number heavyly depends on certain factors. One is the size and type of model. Some people build small houses, or accessories, and some build large installations ans scenarios. Another is the way how they deal with the completed MOC. Some (...) (22 years ago, 25-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Clubs/Events - Tips and Tricks

(...) The correct answer to (4) is (with an absolutely deadpan expression) "about 15 minutes".. no matter what it is they're asking about! :-) (22 years ago, 25-Mar-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.events)

  Re: Too much Lego?

Me too! I like all those odd parts (dino tails, spiders, etc) coz I have a really kooky mind - anyone got spares? :) just joking ppl ( I think ) However I do wish to someday make a ship entirely covered in trans-green spiders :) Cheers, and odd (...) (22 years ago, 25-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Are new colors in old sets yet?

(...) Some of the new 2004 sets were released in December of 2003 (Mos Eisley Cantina, for example), and they did have the new grays and brown. Even though these new sets were released in the very end of 2003, they're still considered to be 2004 (...) (22 years ago, 25-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Too much Lego?

(...) For me that's about right, I average about 4000 Euro's a year (for the last 2-3 years) not counting stuff I resell. (...) I keep about 90% of the stuff I buy these days, the sales are only to partially cover costs of expanding my own (...) (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: most wanted parts that dont exist?

(...) Oh, I suppose the spindles are round. . .No, I was actually thinking of (URL) you compare the availability of 30055 and 30056 (both available for over seven years), there is a striking disjunction between the colors in which they have been (...) (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Clubs/Events - Tips and Tricks

(...) As with most things, diversity is good. I, personally, talk with the parents / adults. *I* view the adults as the "target audience" for what I do. I am not sure about the rest of the club... cause we haven't really discussed it. I have to (...) (22 years ago, 24-Mar-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general, lugnet.events)
