  Re: Cleaning old Lego

(...) I am using a mesh bag that I purchased at Linens 'n' Things, a store similar to Bed, Bath, & Beyond. The ~$5 bag is designed for washing lingerie, and it has pictures of pink undergarments as decoration. The nice thing about this bag is that (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-04, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Fun LEGO purchase

(...) I suspect these are the same bags that we saw at LEGOworld 2003; only there the price was 5 EUR per bag, and we could sort the bricks ourselves. Very cool. The only bad thing was the parts without match (ie, left wings without right wings), (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.no)

  Fun LEGO purchase

I was in my town today to search for some of the new 2004 or late 2003 LEGO-sets. Or just to see if I could be lucky and find anything on sale after the christmas rush. Found 2 boxes of 4107 (399NOK). I have one of these boxes from before and like (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.no)

Re: Nicely now. What do you think of the new colors?

Hello Jake, I've been unpleasantly affected by the color issue, especially because of the surprisingly sudden and unannounced nature of this change. During the past year, I've been collecting an extensive range of special parts in light gray, for a (...) (22 years ago, 24-Jan-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general)

  Cleaning old Lego

  Re: test

(...) The bouncing pov animiation is smooth, but the others are a little jumpy, like not quite enough frames per second jumpy. I am on a College campus, so the connection is faster than a dial-up connection. Chris (22 years ago, 23-Jan-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Event Kits - More left and comments needed

(...) Yes, unfortunately this is still North American based. The kits (and their mailing) were funded by the North American marketing team, so it is directed there. I have been speaking with European colleagues aboutthe possibility of bring a (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.general)

  Re: Different Size Instruction Books

  Different Size Instruction Books

Our family opened a 4101 designer kit tonight, and had lots of fun with this great set. Anticipating purchase of the set, I bought an extra copy of the instructions on BrickLink so we could work on more than one model at the same time. This plan (...) (22 years ago, 23-Jan-04, to lugnet.general)
