I just called them yesterday for the first time (I had been waiting for the opportunity to get a new set so I could return the wrong pieces to customer service). But I was testing a phone system and called them... Well, the lady who answered DID NOT (...) (22 years ago, 22-Jan-04, to lugnet.general)
