(...) With the digital we have (Sony Mavica), I have found better results by not using the flash at all. Good ambient lighting and no flash seems to help cut down on the discoloration and glare associated with the flash. Your mileage may vary Barry (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Adventurer (Egyptian) sets

(...) So, (...) At least one set has multiple numbers. Treasure Raiders (5909 on the box my seven year old will open on Friday) has additional numbers 5948 and 2879. The Pause guide suggests maybe non-us issued numbers (?). Shop @ Home rarely has (...) (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

  Adventurer (Egyptian) sets

Does anyone know how many, the names of, and numbers of all the first Adventurer (Egyptian) sets? I just started getting them and massed a list of 9. One of them I have listed doesn't seem to exist. I got it right off the Lego site, but the Shop at (...) (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

Re: More colored Gems and Wands!!

(...) Too bad it'll just have carrots. The green thing is the carrot's leaves, BTW. I'll probably get some of the sets themselves for various reasons, like getting a bunny! I can have a large bunny rampage through the carrot market! :) Jeff (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

Shadows in your pics (was Re: Page update)

(...) I have this problem when I take pics - which is why I haven't shown too many on my Web site. Does anyone have any tips on watching out for the shadows? (1) I was also playing with the idea of using a backdrop, like a blue or orange screen. (...) (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)
