  Adventurer (Egyptian) sets

Does anyone know how many, the names of, and numbers of all the first Adventurer (Egyptian) sets? I just started getting them and massed a list of 9. One of them I have listed doesn't seem to exist. I got it right off the Lego site, but the Shop at (...) (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

(...) Too bad it'll just have carrots. The green thing is the carrot's leaves, BTW. I'll probably get some of the sets themselves for various reasons, like getting a bunny! I can have a large bunny rampage through the carrot market! :) Jeff (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

Shadows in your pics (was Re: Page update)

20% off clearance at Zany Brainy 12/26-12/31

Got a card in the mail today saying take an additional 20% off all clearance items at Zany Brainy from 12/26 to 12/31. Wonder if they'll have any 5571's left? If they are at $69.99 now, that would make them about $56 on Saturday. That works out to (...) (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

Re: Help me with name of a piece

  Re: Self as Minifig?

Jeff, If you wanted to take the trouble to learn to use POV-Ray ray-tracing program, you could scan an actual picture of yourself, turn it into a POV-Ray surface, and wrap it around a minifig head. Maybe I'll try this for my son. He'd get a real (...) (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)

Re: If you sort by color. . .when did you start?

(...) I came out of my dark ages about 3 years ago with about 150 pieces. Until about a week ago, I sorted by color -- with about 20,000 pieces. Now I sort roughly by LDraw category, which works out better than I imagined it would. Cheers, - Sproat (26 years ago, 21-Dec-98, to lugnet.general)
