(...) The DUPLO tiles are DUPLO 2x2x1/2 smooth surfaced pieces. They ammount to a 4x4x1 "tile" in System. They are cool, though so far I haven't made too much use of them. I do use them for a game turn display for the Pirate Game. Frank (22 years ago, 23-Sep-03, to lugnet.gaming)

I did a search on dice in lugnet, and it seems that so far the best solution anyone found to make a pure lego dice is one made with 4x4 stud sides (see this lugnet post: (URL) ) I may have missed a post completely, or I may have reinvented the wheel (...)
