|

I don't know if there are any Buffy fans amongst the combatants, but during last night's finale several of the characters were playing what appeared to be D&D. At one point they came up against Trogdor and his terrible burnination. No images, just (...) (21 years ago, 21-May-03, to lugnet.gaming.brikwars)

Ståle Tevik's started up a Yahoo! discussion group for LEGO Warfare, I thought I'd mention it here - so far we've mostly been using it to anorak out over the BrikWars rules, but it's open to all kinds of LEGO wargaming. (...) I echo the wisdom of other SMs in pointing out how it is Sector Mediators who govern how 'blowing things up' works out. There is a misconception to deal with, and that is that Starship is a combat game, which, for the bulk of us, it is not. It (...) (21 years ago, 17-May-03, to lugnet.gaming.starship)

The best route to take would be to mention it in the rules. For example, a line in the rules might read, "By submitting a ship to be registered, a player agrees that the Ship Database Manager has rights to display, copy, store, and resize all images (...)
