Lego Brick Tattoo (or I finally did it) —Chris Maddison
Well, yesterday it happened. (URL) I think I might have another addiction (besides the brick) :-). Getting this thing felt *good*. Got it on my upper right arm. Done by Cooper at Nemesis Studios in Iowa City, for those interested. (URL) (21 years ago, 14-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun, FTX)

(...) I don't really like tats, but that's cool as hell. And I don't really like tats, but a classic space logo might be pretty cool too. Nice. You're with us for life now. (URL) j o n (URL) zemi.net> (URL) the-shipyard> (21 years ago, 14-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun, FTX)

(...) Heh. Yeah, like I said, they're addictive. I'm thinking about a cs logo/castle shield design, but from what I understand, yellow sometimes doesn't show up very good. But we'll see. It'll be awhile at any rate. :-) (...) That was the plan. (...) (21 years ago, 15-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun, FTX)

Re: Lego Brick Tattoo (or I finally did it) —John P. Henderson
(...) I opted for the Wolfpack coat-of-arms. The artist used my natural color for the wolf itself, black for most of the background, and then framed the shield in blue (which he decided would look more metallic than the red border of the actual (...)         Re: Lego Brick Tattoo (or I finally did it) —Jennifer L. Boger
(...) Wow! Color me jealous! I've wanted a red 2 x 4 for years! Now, the question is, why does everyone want a red 2 x 4? What is it about the red 2 x 4 that says "LEGO?" I suppose one could also get say, a giant Skull's Eye Schooner put on their (...) (21 years ago, 14-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun)

(...) I guess it depends on the chest, some chest might only fit the Renegade Runner or the Raft Raiders ;) jt (21 years ago, 14-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun)

Re: Lego Brick Tattoo (or I finally did it) —Chris Maddison
(...) My assumption is that it's instantly recognizable. But then again, so is yellow or blue (the other primaries). I looked over all three pretty hard. Blue is just too dark to make out the lines cleanly from afar. Yellow doesn't show up all that (...) (21 years ago, 15-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun)

Re: Lego Brick Tattoo —Eric Sophie
That rocks, you rock, the Tat rocks, and after all the hardship and delight I have been going through for the sake of my artistic and creative outlet, I may get one too. The rest of the world may not understand, but I do. I salute you. Brother in (...) (21 years ago, 14-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun, lugnet.people, FTX)

Re: Lego Brick Tattoo —Chris Maddison
(...) That'd be sweet, but remember, they're somewhat permanent. :-) (...) Like my dad says "I remember a time when getting a tattoo was rebelling against the norm." It could be argued that that's changed a bit over the years. (URL) (21 years ago, 15-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun, FTX)

Re: Lego Brick Tattoo (or I finally did it) —Chris Magno
(...) Welcome to the "club" As a side note, you might spend the first few years shaving your upper arm, cause the thought of hair growing out the lego brick is silly. Then the feeling passes it looks good. I was told that you should put extra SFP (...) (21 years ago, 15-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun)

Re: Lego Brick Tattoo (or I finally did it) —Nick Kappatos
(...) I disagree. I think it'll be like finding an old brick under the couch cushions, covered in fuzz & lint. Kind of icky, but slowly fading into cool, every time. Classic, baby. -nk (21 years ago, 15-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun)

Re: Lego Brick Tattoo (or I finally did it) —Chris Maddison
(...) Gotta be like the king. :-) (...) Eh, well, if I did that, there'd be a very distinct line where the hair ends. Ask anyone who knows me; I'm a damned gorilla. :-) -Chris (21 years ago, 15-Sep-03, to lugnet.fun)
