Hi any and all Fabuland fans and fans of Fabuland elements,

It has been all together too quiet here at lugnet.fabuland, so in the hopes
of getting some chatter going.
Here is an off the top of my head survey...
Answer all or just one ...

1) When did you "discover" Fabuland?
In the beginning. My first sets came from the first series, when I was just 3
years old.

2) Are you interested in Fabuland as a theme or are you interested in
Fabuland elements mainly as they can be utilized in other themes? which
theme(s)? how?
I'm mainly interested in Fabuland as a theme. Parts from others themes can be
used for Fabuland also :)

3) Favorite  Fab-element(s)? why?
Wall element. Build houses fast. By changing the orientation of the elements
the houses can look very different. Also door elements are needed.

4) Favorite Fab-Figure(s)? why?
Any figure with a cap on. The cap makes a figure much more interesting.
Personal favorites are the Fox from set 3675 (General Store) and the monkey
from set 3715 (Bricklayer)

5) Do you have a Signature Figure, a Fab-Figure that you personally identify
with? why?
The Mouse with a brown head, red body with number 8 print on it. Somehow it
seemed to be my age at the time I got the figure, wheras he other figures
seemed a bit older then me. (e.g. If you have a car garage, you are usually
over 18 years old)

5) Favorite Set(s)? why?
One of the sets I really like is the General Store (set 3675). It has many
different things. Car, Store, Postoffice. It contains a big window and Grey
roofs, whereas grey is almost not used for parts in Fabuland.

6) What is the most unusual/interesting Fabuland item you have ever seen  or
heard about?
The grey roofs of set 3675. The color is totally contradicting the normal
colors used in Fabuland. And still they look really good.

7) Are you predominately interested in collecting or building?  or ?
Mainly collecting as I don't have too much time for building

8) Do you mix your Fabuland with other "stuff"?
Yes, some other stuff usually comes in.

9) If you could magically and instantly receive one Fabuland Figure or
element, what would it be?
The monky from set 3716 (Bricklayer)

10) If TLC reissued one more Fabuland element(not a figure!), what would you
desire it to be and in what color?
Wall elements, roof elements and cars. Oh, they are already back in the Mickey
Mouse line, but only in 1 color. I think I would go for a big window (10 wide)
as used for example in set 3675 (General Store) and set 3679 (Windmill)

11)  Do you own any of the Mickey Mouse sets?
Yes, all of them.

12) Would you ever put a Fab-Fig in a Jack Stone vehicle?  (uh... the small
headed ones do fit..)
Don't have any Jack Stone

13)  How would you define Fabuland or Fabuland style? [a question put to me
by knowledgable others once upon a time...]
