/pokes head into .events, looks around... A couple weeks ago I sorted out the cardboard box of Pick-a-Brick I purchased from the Northfield Lego store at the special Brickworld event on Friday night. As I was sorting, I found a half-dozen 1x1 (...) (16 years ago, 15-Aug-08, to lugnet.events)

  Re: LEGO Quality Control

(...) I think it's kind of cool that BrickFair is offering people the opportunity to actually talk with LEGO about these things. I suspect LEGO's quality control dept will be happy to listen, and the more people that comment, the more weight it will (...) (16 years ago, 15-Aug-08, to lugnet.events)

  Re: LEGO Quality Control

(...) Great that you and Lego know about it, Just a shame nothing has happened to improve in the last couple of years. I am still getting boxes crushed and sets with damaged parts. (...) John, Well, I think that one of the following things should happen: 1) You and/or David come to BrickFair and ask for yourselves... it is always best to ask directly from the party you wish to get information from. It all could get lost in the (...) (16 years ago, 14-Aug-08, to lugnet.events, FTX)

(URL) Hey all! BrickFair is just 2 weeks away. Just in case you didn't think about it, I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm bringing trains to set up.   Re: LEGO Quality Control

(...) Could someone ask him about mold allignment? I've often heard that the part tolerances are so strict that you can't see the difference with the naked eye, but I own bricks where one wall is twice as thick as the opposite wall. If they're only (...) (16 years ago, 14-Aug-08, to lugnet.events, FTX)

  Re: LEGO Quality Control

(...) interesting, ask him if the quality is going to be better now they are dumping Flextronics. I buy a great number of sets and one out of five have either defromed elements or missing elements.
