The little "Check Price" link!
I actually found it the complicated way, rather than the (in retrospect)
blatantly obvious way of just looking at the utility and seeing the link. There
are a few URL's buried in there, like the image of the creation, etc. But I
found it by viewing the source of the page and seeing how they kicked off their
Flash app. Turns out they start their Flash app with a URL that does the search.
And THAT URL returns some XML data about the creations, including locations of
images and links and such.

LFH002 <-- That's the product number for "My Custom Design"
c23cbe32-6c61-445a-b6cc-dae7aa5436bc <-- That's (I think) the creation ID
As for how the ID is generated, I couldn't tell you. It might be any one of a
number of things, really. And it might even be specific to your current web
session (as in it might expire), although I kind of doubt it.
What would be interesting is to see what happens with unmoderated creations. If
you made something offensive that they clearly wouldn't put on the website (say,
a swastika), I assume you can still purchase it, even if your model isn't
publicly viewable? If that's the case, I wonder if the creation ID is visible at
that point? If so, perhaps you could create public links to it so others could
see your model, even if it wasn't moderated. However, it's entirely possible
that they assign the creation ID's *after* moderation, in which case it wouldn't
work.
Anyway, suffice to say, there's some big question marks about how it works
internally...

No, I doubt it would show up in any obvious manner. You'll have to hunt for it
buried in URL's and such, rather than having them display it pleasantly for you
to link to. You can also get the ID by sending yourself an e-card, which
generates a link something like this:
